Thank you for using Mesaje din Suflet! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Mesaje din Suflet mobile application ("the App"), made available by Pipe Digital SRL, IDNO 1024600085215, mun. Chișinău, e-mail: [email protected].

By using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the App.

Description of the Application

Mesaje din Suflet is a mobile application that allows users to view and personalise greeting cards generated with the help of artificial intelligence. The main features of the App include:

  • Viewing a greeting card displayed when the App is opened, with the option to switch to another card using the "See another" button.
  • Personalising the text and visual style of the greeting card directly within the App.
  • Selecting a thematic context (holiday or mood) from the App header to tailor the card content.
  • Exporting the personalised card as an image (JPG file) and sharing it via any platform or messaging application of the user's choice.

Greeting card content is loaded from Pipe Digital SRL's servers when the App is opened. No account creation or login is required to use the App.

Access and use of the Application

The App is available free of charge to any user, regardless of age. Access to the App requires an internet connection for loading greeting card content. Internet connection costs are borne solely by the user, in accordance with the rates of their chosen telecommunications provider.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue access to the App or any of its features, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice. We accept no liability for the unavailability of the App, regardless of cause or duration.

App content may be updated periodically without prior notice.

Prohibited use

Users agree to use the App solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following are prohibited:

  • Using the App for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
  • Attempting unauthorised access to the App's servers or technical infrastructure.
  • Distributing content exported from the App in an offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or illegal context.
  • Any action that affects the functionality, security, or integrity of the App.

Pipe Digital SRL reserves the right to take technical and legal measures in the event of abusive use of the App.

Intellectual property and content

All content available in the App — including greeting messages, texts, visual styles, graphic design, and source code — is created with the assistance of artificial intelligence or by the Pipe Digital SRL team and is the exclusive property of Pipe Digital SRL, protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

Users are entitled to personalise the text and style of greeting cards within the App and to export the result as an image (JPG) for personal use and non-commercial sharing. Pipe Digital SRL does not claim any rights over the personal modifications users add to their own exports.

Any unauthorised commercial use, reproduction, or distribution of the App's original content is prohibited without the written consent of Pipe Digital SRL.

Advertising

The App displays banner advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks, most likely Google Ads (Google AdMob). Pipe Digital SRL is not responsible for the content of displayed advertisements, which are the sole responsibility of the respective third-party advertising networks.

Advertising networks may automatically collect anonymous data from the user's device (advertising identifiers, device type, operating system) for the purpose of displaying relevant ads. This data is governed by the privacy policies of the respective providers. Users can limit ad tracking through their device settings.

The inclusion of advertisements does not imply any endorsement or affiliation by Pipe Digital SRL with the products or services promoted.

Limitation of liability

The App and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Pipe Digital SRL does not guarantee that the App will be continuously available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pipe Digital SRL is not liable for:

  • Direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
  • The content of greeting messages distributed by users to third parties.
  • The operation of third-party services (advertising networks, sharing platforms) accessed through or in connection with the App.

Use of the App is at the user's own risk.

The App or its associated website may contain links to external websites or services. Accessing these is at the user's own risk. Pipe Digital SRL is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of external websites, and the presence of a link does not imply any affiliation or endorsement on our part.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect upon publication of the updated version, identified by the new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. We recommend checking this page periodically.
